When we went to Dim Sum, we always went on Sunday mornings. We’d show up at Joy Tsin Lau around 10am and eat until noon. Then we’d waddle around Chinatown for a while.
Joy Tsin Lau has the carts, if that’s important to you. They also don’t speak much English, so pointing and random sampling of food should be expected.
